Treasure Partners Cancellation Policy

This Policy discloses the cancellation policies of Treasure Partners and its operator Word Power LLC, a California LLC, located at 5250 Lankershim Blvd Suite 500, North Hollywood, California 91601 (collectively “we” or “us”) regarding the cancellation of reserved rides by Treasure Partners Travel Service users.
A trip shall be considered reserved by a rider following the confirmation of its; estimated trip fare, date and time of travel, pickup and drop off location and type of car selected by the ordering party or user.
The following methods are generally used to reserve and confirm a trip request at Treasure Partners; online at Treasure Partners Website; www.treasurepartners.org , by email, by phone call, using text messaging, using Treasure Partners Mobile application, and social media messaging applications like Facebook messenger.
Whenever you order, or use Treasure Partners travel services; as a rider (user), driver or chauffeur, you have chosen to agree and consent to abide by the following cancellation policy.

Chauffeurs and drivers have a right to accept, reject or cancel any trip request provided to them by Treasure Partners. However, we highly recommend them not to accept a trip reservation if not willing to complete it. Unnecessary cancellation of already accepted trip reservations increases pickup time for our clients, therefore not allowed.

Cancellation of a trip based on trip destination is not allowed. Drivers and chauffeurs should not ask riders to cancel a trip or act in a way that influences a rider to cancel a trip for reasons related to a trip heading to locations not desired by the driver.

Cancellation of trips due to causes related to any form of discrimination is against our no Discrimination policy and terms of service use. Treasure Partners does not tolerate any form of discrimination based on anyone's; Race, gender, Nationality, physical disability, religion, color among others and should not be a reason for any ride cancellation.

Cancellation of a trip due to reasons related to a customer having a service animal like a dog which assists disabled people is not allowed.

Repeated, persistent or continuous cancellation of trip orders is not allowed and may lead to permanent loss of Treasure Partners Service use privileges.

There is no cancellation fee charged if a rider chooses to cancel a ride reservation more than one hour to pick up time.

There is no cancellation fee charge for any ride reservation canceled by a Chauffeur or driver.

Any trip cancellation by rider done less than one hour to reserved ride pickup time is considered a late cancellation, therefore a cancellation fee equivalent to the reserved vehicle's one Hourly rate shall be charged to compensate chauffeur for the time and cost of preparing for a reserved trip pickup. In case the reserved trip is less than the equivalent of one hourly rate charge, the estimated total trip cost shall be considered the cancellation fee to be charged.

The gross free waiting time window for all reserved non Airport pickup trips is fifteen minutes, counted from the reserved ride pickup time or time when chauffeur arrives at your pickup location. After the gross free waiting time, for no show reasons and failure to respond to chauffeur attempts to contact you, a Chauffeur will be prompted to cancel your ride and a rider will be charged a cancellation fee.

The gross free waiting time for all Airport pickup reserved rides is one hour, after one hour free waiting time without contact, a Chauffeur is free to cancel your ride reservation at any time and a rider will be charged a one hour trip charge, this includs transfer trips. This is based on the type of car selected for pickup and the related hourly rate for that particular ordered car. This is done to compensate chauffeurs for the full hour of waiting time and time spent while driving to your pickup location.

There is no cancellation fee charged if a rider or chauffeur cancels a ride after pickup but a rider is charged based on the length of Distance covered, this applies to all Transfer trips.

After being picked up, if a rider decides to cancel an Hourly Trip in less than one hour of ride service, the rider will be charged for a full one hour of trip service.
