Treasure Partners do understand the importance of personal privacy of our service users and customers.

For that reason, we come here to explain to you the way we gather, protect and use your information.

This Privacy Policy discloses the policies of Treasure Partners at www.treasurepartners.org and its operator Word Power LLC, a California LLC, located at 5250 Lankershim Blvd Suite 500, North Hollywood, California.91601 (collectively “we” or “us”) regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information that you (a “User”) submit to us or that is collected through your use of Treasure Partners.

Treasure Partners is located in United States and is subject to United States’ laws. If you are outside of United States, your use of the website constitutes consent to the transmission of personal information to United States. If your use of Treasure Partners is against the laws of your jurisdiction, it is your responsibility to refrain from the use of Treasure Partners.

2. Information that we collect. “Personal information” is data that identifies, relates to, describes, can be used to contact, or could reasonably be linked directly or indirectly to a User. For purposes of this Policy, there is no meaningful distinction between the terms “personal information” and “personal data.”

A) Personal Information that we collect: We collect the following items of personal information from Users;

(i) Account Registration Information; We do collect information from you for the purpose of setting up your account. This includes; your names, address, email address, phone numbers, login name and password.

(ii) Payment information; We collect your credit/debit card  information as a payment method for your account. The payment processors that handles payments for Treasure Partners will receive your credit/debit card information. Treasure Partners does not keep your full credit card information on our servers.

(iii) Business Partners' Information; We collect company representative's identification information like; names, date of birth and passport size photographs. We also collect company information like; payment or banking information, vehicle information, license information, business permits information, insurance information and driving records which we share with a third party company for purposes of running a driving record check for our drivers and Chauffeurs.

(iv) Electronic Device Information; We collect information from your device when using our company websites, website applications and or mobile applications. The information we collect may include: IP address, web browser type, mobile operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, and push notification tokens.

(v) Location Information; For Chauffeurs and drivers, we collect location information concerning the real time location of the vehicle and business mobile device, before or during a trip. This is done when you login for the trip using our web App link or Mobile app. Location Information is also collected when the app is open and on the screen or open but not on the screen display of your electronic device.

B). Sensitive Personal Information. We do not proactively collect sensitive personal information as defined under Article 9 of the GDPR.

3. How we collect Personal Information.

(A). Submission from User. Certain items of personal information, we rely on you to submit it to us as follows;

(i). During account signup. Users provide names, phone numbers, physical address, email address and credit card details.

(ii). Before a Transaction. Before a transaction, we collect items of personal information from your submission including Credit card details, names, personal address, phone numbers.

(B). Automatic Collection. Certain items of personal information are collected from you upon visiting Treasure Partners, namely: Location, IP address, browser type.

 

4. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. Cookies are can be defined as text files which are stored on users browsers and devices by application, website, online media and emails. Treasure Partners uses cookies to  authenticate users, to analyze our website traffic, to determine behaviors of our online users, and remembering user preferences and settings.   

(i). ​Third Party Cookies. We work with third parties that place cookies on our Website to provide analytics.

We use third-party analytics cookies to gain insight into how our visitors use Treasure Partners. The following third parties utilize cookies on Treasure Partners for analytics: Google.

(ii). Third Party Cookies Control. To the extent Treasure Partners exercises any control over the cookies created by Third Parties, it will be done in compliance with this Privacy policy. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies and not ours.

(iii). Opting Out of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. To opt out of third party cookies, refer to the opt out of cookies methods they have posted on their individual websites.

 

5. Personal Information Processing Bases. Pursuant to Art. 6 of the GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information:
(i). User Consent: When you give permission to process your personal information.
(ii). Performance of Contract. We process your personal information to adequately perform the contract that we have with you, such as retaining your information to effectively receive and forward mail.
(iii). Legal Obligations. We process your personal information to comply with legal obligations to which we are subject, such as tax obligations, and when we are obliged to comply with lawful requests from competent authorities such as law enforcement. Specifically: Process payments, setting up account, connecting client with services, safety reasons.
 

6.  How we use your information. Treasure Partners uses your personal information as follows;

(i) To Maintain the security and safety of Treasure Partners Platform and its users.

(ii) Your Information helps us to Provide you with customer support services.

(iii) Your Information helps us to Verify your identity for purposes of storing, setting up and maintaining your account.

(iv) We use your identity to Connect you to your Chauffeur/Driver and also be able to track their progress.

(v) Your information helps us to Calculate prices and process payments.

(vi) We use your information to Communicate with you during our service delivery period.

(vii) We use your information to authenticate users.

(viii) We use your information to Verify that chauffeurs/drivers and their vehicles, to meet the required safety requirements as required by authorities of their city, state and or Country of operation.

(ix) We use your information to communicate with you about our service changes, promotions and offers.

(x). We use your information to Maintain your account and keep track of any purchases made by you;
(xii). Personalize your experience on the Website;
(xiii). To Send you marketing communications about services and products offered by Treasure Partners, Word Power LLC and affiliate companies of Word Power LLC, as permitted by law.
(xiv). Your personal information may be analyzed to search for patterns which may help improve the overall website experience;
(xv). For any other reason you consent to.

 

7. Electronic Communications. Consistent with this Privacy Policy and as is permitted by applicable law, we may communicate with you via electronic messages, including email. We receive notice when you open an email or click a link within a marketing email..

(i) Our Affiliates. We disclose your personal information to affiliates of Word Power LLC, DBA Treasure Partners; for the following purpose: Marketing, customer support services

Disclosure of your personal information to service providers may be made for reasons such as sending email, monitoring website use, fulfilling your orders, marketing, and providing customer service. We also use a third party payment processor to facilitate transactions. We disclose as much information as is required to perform these services. We expect the service providers to use the information only to the extent necessary to perform the requested services.
(iii) Social Media Providers. Disclosure of your personal information may be made to social media providers when you link your social media accounts to Treasure Partners Website.
(iv) In the event of a corporate transaction. We may disclose or transfer your information to a third party if we sell, transfer, divest, or disclose all or a portion of our business or assets to another company in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, transaction, or proceeding.

(vi) Defend our legal rights. To protect and defend the legal rights of Treasure Partners, and Treasure Partners’s employees, we may disclose your personal information. We may also require your personal information to defend against legal claims, or to establish our legal rights.

9. The Ability of Others to View Your Information. When you use the Website, certain information you post or provide on the publicly available portions of the Website may become publicly available and may be collected and used by others, including people outside of the control of the Website. We have no obligations with respect to any information that you post to publicly available parts of the Website.

We may allow you to link the account you create on Treasure Partners to your social media accounts to: Signup, We will only share your personal information with social media operators when you link your account. Further disclosure will only be done with your express permission.

We are not responsible for and make no representation regarding the privacy practices of third parties offering services on Treasure Partners. The following third parties offer services on Treasure Partners: Viator, for Tourism services and attractions.


16. Third Party Links. Treasure Partners may contain links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by Word Power LLC. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other websites and this Privacy Policy does not apply to any other sites. We make no representation regarding the privacy practices of any other sites regardless of whether we advertise on those sites or provide a link to those sites from our Website.
